Dinner Rolls

Easy, quick, and always delicious.  Pops calls them 'fly off the plate rolls' because they're so light and tasty that they fly when everyone starts snatching them.

1 1/2 c. warm water
1 T. yeast
2 T. sugar
2 T. vegetable oil
1 t. salt
4 c. flour

Knead 5 minutes.  Place in a greased bowl and let rise for 20 - 30 minutes.  Shape in to balls and put on greased baking sheet.  Bake at 400* F for 20 minutes.  Makes around 24 regular-sized rolls.
